    Marvelous journey via the wonderful world of food!
    Ian, your mother sent this to her Pease first cousin Rod who sent it to me, his sister in Louisiana. I thoroughly enjoyed it, impressed with your adventurous spirit, and invite you to visit Cajun country in Louisiana, if you REALLY enjoy peppers of all kinds. Remember, Lafayette is 30 miles from New Iberia,the birth place of Tabasco sauce on Avery Island. Adventurous eating can be had here also with gumbo and crawfish, frogs and fish, and even alligator!       We would LOVE to visit, Janelle. I adore Cajun food, and it’s pretty hard to find good crawfish up here in Chicago. When we finally make a tour into Louisiana, we’ll definitely look for you! –Ian
